Abbott Building Company has served thousands of customers in a variety of industries since its inception in 1954. We believe that our longevity is best explained by the following set of organizational traits and values which we utilize daily to help focus our collective efforts from project inception to completion:

Experience - is something that you won't have to pay for. Yet its absence can cost you plenty. ABCO's core employees enjoy over 270 years of combined experience in the steel building industry. Through many thousands of separate building contracts since 1954, ABCO has learned to understand and value our customers' needs and to routinely deliver products and services which exceed their expectations.

Flexibility - is something that we pride ourselves on being able to deliver. ABCO provides its own engineering, design, and fabrication services which help to ensure the timely delivery of a quality product of virtually any shape or size without undue cost to the customer.

Integrity - is an invisible force which drives ABCO's adherence to strict quality standards. We understand that both the presentability and the functionality of your building are paramount and we remain uncompromising in our insistence that a superior level of quality is maintained at every level of service throughout our entire organization.

Responsibility - is an intangible characteristic…..until you need it. ABCO performs most of the required engineering, design, fabrication, concrete, steel erection, and finish-out services with its own personnel. Additionally, ABCO maintains close working relationships with a limited number of suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that each project is completed timely and in accordance with our quality standards. We truly understand that time is money and that your project represents a significant investment which, in order to perform to your expectations, must be completed on schedule.

Employee Relations - ABCO's relationship with its employees is one of mutual admiration and respect. The Company, in its concern for the present and future welfare of its employees, provides a generous benefits package and an extensive, mandatory safety training program. We sincerely believe that the costs of providing a safe and rewarding work environment for our employees are far outweighed by the benefits of employing a group of men and women whose efforts are reflective of their loyalty and satisfaction.
